Return & Refund Policy

All artworks are created by hand and sold with care.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the packaging and the artwork. I will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Because of the nature of original and handmade artwork, returns for change of mind are not accepted.

If you have questions before purchasing, I encourage you to get in touch — I’m always happy to provide additional images or details to help you choose with confidence.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
