The location of the third / solar plexus chakra or power chakra, MANIPURA is three inches above the navel, at the base of the sternum. Connected to the element of fire, a meditation on this chakra will bring improved self-esteem and a sense of personal power.
Fire energy is vital. Without it, I would have trouble getting out of bed in the morning. I like waking up early and moving into my day, especially when I can continue to work on a painting or drawing. I set my two-hour focus music and lose track of time as I repeat lines and follow curves.
