An energy that we can call upon to help us through the trials of this life. Some call this energy God, and some call it source, but regardless of the name, we can tap into its power for healing, peace, and living a life of purpose. The location of the third chakra, or yellow power chakra, MANIPURA is three inches above the navel, at the base of the sternum. Connected to the element of fire, a meditation on this chakra will bring improved self-esteem and a sense of personal power. Meditation mantra, "I am free of shame."
