WATERCOLOR RONDOS

Watercolor Rondos is a series of seven delicate watercolor and stitched studies exploring the energy of the chakra system.

Each work is an intuitive investigation into one of the seven primary chakras through color, geometry, watercolor, and stitch. Rather than illustrating the chakras, these works are studies of how their different energies might be experienced through sensation, movement, color, rhythm, and form.

The watercolor is allowed to move organically across the surface, while machine stitching introduces geometric structure and repetition. Together, the two processes create a conversation between fluidity and order.
